Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  1. 25 pounds - inside round roast
  2. - olive oil
  3. - salt
  4. - pepper
  5. - garlic
  6. - thyme
  7. - Roast beef seasoning from Bolner optional
  8. 12 cups - beef stock (1/2 cup per lb.)
  9. - whole carrots
  10. - halved potatoes
  11. - onions
  12. - whole garlic

Directions:

1) Rub roast with oil, salt, pepper, garlic and thyme. OR rub with Roast beef seasoning from Bolner.

2) Brown roast on all sides in olive oil.

3) Add beef stock (1/2 C per lb).

4) Add whole carrots, halved potatoes, onions and whole garlic.

5) Cook @ 300° until internal temp is 185°.
