Quick Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 sticks - butter
  2. 1 packages - onion soup mix
  3. 1 cups - rice
  4. 2 cups - water
  5. 1 - cut up fryer

Directions:

Melt butter in baking pan (12 x 8 x 2-inches). Add onion soup mix, rice and water, and mix well.

Place cut up fryer chicken pieces on top. Cover with foil and cook for 1-1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
