Ragi Jam Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 200 grams - Ghee
  2. 100 grams - Sugar Half Crushed
  3. 1 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  4. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  5. 3 drops - Vanilla Essence
  6. 100 grams - Ragi Atta
  7. - Mixed Fruit Jam As Required

Directions:

Take Ghee in a bowl and whip til white.
Add sugar and whip.
Add baking powder and baking soda and mix.
Now add vanilla essence and ragi atta and mix properly.

Now scoop the cookies into a greased baking tray. Add jam in the middle.
Bake in oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
