Restaurant Style Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds - frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
  2. 1/2 cups - butter softened
  3. 1 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  5. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  6. 1 cans - 10.75 oz. condensed cream of chicken soup
  7. 2 cups - shredded cheddar or colby cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray on 9-by-13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, onions, soup and cheese. Gently mix and pour into prepared pan or dish.

Bake in preheated oven until browned, about 35 minutes.
