Ingredients:
- 1 - rib roast
- - freshly grated or ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons - flour mixed with 1/2 cup cold water
- - Kitchen Bouquet
- - desired seasonings
- - beef bouillon
- - mushrooms
Directions:
Rub outside of roast with ginger, and cook at 350° F for 20 minutes/pound.
One-half hour before serving, add the flour and water mixture, Kitchen Bouquet, seasonings, beef bouillon and mushrooms.
