Rib Roast

Ingredients:

  1. 1 - rib roast
  2. - freshly grated or ground ginger
  3. 2 tablespoons - flour mixed with 1/2 cup cold water
  4. - Kitchen Bouquet
  5. - desired seasonings
  6. - beef bouillon
  7. - mushrooms

Directions:

Rub outside of roast with ginger, and cook at 350° F for 20 minutes/pound.

One-half hour before serving, add the flour and water mixture, Kitchen Bouquet, seasonings, beef bouillon and mushrooms.
