Ingredients:
- - ribs
- 3 cups - fine sugar
- 2 cups - chili powder
- 1 cups - paprika
- 1 cups - dry mustard
- 1 cups - cumin
- 1 cups - granulated garlic
- 1 cups - black pepper
- 1 cups - onion powder
- 1 cups - kosher salt
- 1 cups - cayenne pepper
Directions:
1) Peel rib.
2) Smear both sides with mustard.
3) Wrap and chill overnight.
4) Cook @ 220° for 2 hours and then 230° for 3 hours.
5) Take out and sauce one side and add rub to the other side.
