Ingredients:

  1. - ribs
  2. 3 cups - fine sugar
  3. 2 cups - chili powder
  4. 1 cups - paprika
  5. 1 cups - dry mustard
  6. 1 cups - cumin
  7. 1 cups - granulated garlic
  8. 1 cups - black pepper
  9. 1 cups - onion powder
  10. 1 cups - kosher salt
  11. 1 cups - cayenne pepper

Directions:

1) Peel rib.

2) Smear both sides with mustard.

3) Wrap and chill overnight.

4) Cook @ 220° for 2 hours and then 230° for 3 hours.

5) Take out and sauce one side and add rub to the other side.
