Rice Medley

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - butter
  2. 1/2 cups - diced celery
  3. 2 cups - cooked rice
  4. 1 cans - 4.5 oz. deviled ham
  5. 1 - egg beaten
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  8. 1/2 cups - cheddar cheese grated
  9. - crumbled bacon

Directions:

Saute celery in butter. Add rice, ham, egg, salt and pepper.

Stir and blend. Pour into greased casserole. Top with cheese and bacon.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
