Rosemary Apple Chicken (with love from Jane Gardner)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 whole - Chicken (2-3 pounds)
  2. 1/4 cups - Olive oil
  3. 1/4 cups - Balsamic vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoons - Sea salt
  5. 4 - Apples Cored and sliced
  6. 4 sprigs - Fresh rosemary

Directions:

Rinse chicken, pat dry with a paper towel and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. Drizzle with oil and vinegar, then sprinkle wit salt.
3. Arrange the apples around the chicken in the baking dish.
4. Place the sprigs of rosemary under the chicken.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes until browned on the outside.
6. Serve!
