Ingredients:
- - round steak
- - diced onions and garlic
- 2 tablespoons - to 3 Tbsp Crisco
- 2 tablespoons - to 3 Tbsp flour
- - carrots (canned or fresh)
Directions:
Brown round steak in Crisco with onions and garlic.
Add flour and whisk; then add water (or can of carrot juice) and carrots.
Cover and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
