Salmon and Veggies

Ingredients:

  1. 6 - Salmon filets
  2. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  3. 1 teaspoons - Ground pepper
  4. 1 - Lemon cut in 6 slices
  5. 3 - Carrots sliced thinly
  6. 1 bunches - Green onions sliced thinly
  7. 1 cups - Ripe olives drained; sliced

Directions:

Cut 6 12" squares of aluminum foil. Place 1 lemon slice center square. Season salmon. Divide vegetables among the 6 squares. Place salmon on top. Seal foil by crimping edges.

Bake for 20 minutes (longer if needed until salmon flakes and vegetables are crisp tender. Cut open foil and serve on plates.
