Salmon Croquettes

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cans - Canned Salmon Deboned
  2. 1 - Egg Whipped
  3. 2 tablespoons - Self Rising Flour
  4. 1 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  5. 1 teaspoons - Hot Sauce
  6. - Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions:

Drain water of canned salmon and search for any stray bones.
Mash salmon with a fork.
Add egg, flour, onion powder, hot sauce, salt & pepper and combine.
Mold mixture into patties about 1 tablespoon of mix.
Deep fry in canola oil over medium high heat flipping until medium brown on both sides.
