Salted Caramel Pork Rinds

Ingredients:

  1. 1 ounces - Pork Rinds Broken into small pieces
  2. 1 cups - Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut milk
  3. 2 tablespoons - Butter
  4. 2 tablespoons - Heavy whipping Cream
  5. 1 tablespoons - Swerve
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - ground cinnamon

Directions:

1. Break pork rinds into smallish pieces.
2. Melt butter on medium heat. Cook down until brown.
3. Remove from heat and add cream, cinnamon and swerve. Mix and return to heat.
4. Mix until bubbly. Continue to mix and heat until a color you desire is reached.
5. Once caramel is ready, add pork rinds and coat well.
6. Transfer pork rinds to a container and put in fridge for 45 minutes.
