Sausage and Bow Ties

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Italian Sausage out of casing and broken into pieces
  2. 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  3. 1/2 cups - Onions chopped
  4. 3 tablespoons - Garlic cloves chopped
  5. 1/2 cups - Whipping Cream
  6. 28 ounces - Whole Tomatoes drained and chopped; save the juice
  7. 1 pounds - Bowtie Pasta
  8. - Salt to taste

Directions:

Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add sausage. Cook.

Add tomatoes and cream. Add some of the juice (however juicy you want it to be). Cook for about 1/2 hour or until slightly thickened. Season with salt. Pour over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
