Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - Italian Sausage out of casing and broken into pieces
- 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups - Onions chopped
- 3 tablespoons - Garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 cups - Whipping Cream
- 28 ounces - Whole Tomatoes drained and chopped; save the juice
- 1 pounds - Bowtie Pasta
- - Salt to taste
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add sausage. Cook.
Add tomatoes and cream. Add some of the juice (however juicy you want it to be). Cook for about 1/2 hour or until slightly thickened. Season with salt. Pour over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese.
