Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bags - frozen shrimp, thawed and tails removed
  2. 2 jars - Classico (four cheese) Alfredo Sauce
  3. 1 teaspoons - Minced Garlic from jar
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Dried Oregano
  5. 1/2 teaspoons - Dried Parsley
  6. - Parmesan cheese (grated) As desired
  7. 1 pounds - Spaghetti, boild and drained
  8. - Butter

Directions:

1. Put spaghetti on boil according to package direction.
2. Run frozen shrimp under cold water to thaw and remove tails
3. Melt butter in pan over medium/high heat and sauté shrimp - for a few minutes
4. The shrimp loses a lot of water so drain the shrimp and return to pan
5. Add spoonful of minced garlic and sauté for about a minute
6. Remove pan from burner and reduce heat to low
7. Add jars of Alfredo sauce (if you leave pan on burner, the sauce will splatter)
8. Add dried oregano
9. Cover pan and return burner to simmer until heated through
10. Once spaghetti is cooked and drained, stir in with the sauce
11. Sprinkle with a little dried parsley and grated fresh parmesan cheese
