Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups - water
- 2 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - anchovy paste
- 1/2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoons - dry mustard
- 2 cloves - garlic minced
- 8 cups - torn romaine lettuce
- 3/4 cups - salad shrimp or crab meat
- 3 teaspoons - fresh chives up to 4 tsp, cut in at least 1/2-inch length
- - fresh black peppercorns ground to taste, for garnish
- 1/2 cups - low-fat croutons for garnish
- 1/4 cups - fresh grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions:
Whisk ingredients for dressing together and chill in refrigerator until serving time.
Toss romaine lettuce with shrimp or crab meat and fresh chives.
Serve with dressing and garnish with fresh ground black pepper, croutons and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
