Snappy Carrots

Ingredients:

  1. 4 1/2 cups - sliced carrots
  2. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  3. 2 tablespoons - chopped onion
  4. 2 tablespoons - prepared horseradish
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - salt and pepper
  6. 1/4 cups - crushed saltine crackers
  7. 2 tablespoons - butter melted

Directions:

Cook carrots in small amount of salted water until tender.

Drain and place in greased baking dish.

Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper; combine with carrots.

Mix crushed crackers with melted butter; sprinkle over carrots.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
