Souper Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - condensed cream of mushroom soup
  2. 2 pounds - ground beef
  3. 1 - pouch dry onion soup recipe mix
  4. 1/2 cups - dry bread crumbs
  5. 1 - egg
  6. 1/4 cups - water

Directions:

Mix 1/2 c. mushroom soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, and egg. Shape into 8x4 loaf in pan. Bake 350°F for 1hr 15mins or until done. Mix 2 Tbsp. drippings, remaining soup and water. Serve with meat loaf.
