Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 8 - to 10 boiled potatoes drained, mashed
  2. 8 ounces - cream cheese
  3. 1 cups - sour cream
  4. - salt and pepper to taste
  5. - milk

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; whip. Place in baking dish. Refrigerate until needed. (May be made in several days in advance). Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Check center for doneness with knife before serving. I like to warm these slower (300 to 325 degrees F) and longer. Too high of heat will make them soupy - allow sitting time if this happens.
