Ingredients:
- 4 ounces - pastry shell
- 1 pounds - fresh spinach OR 1-1/2 pkg frozen spinach
- 8 ounces - cottage cheese
- 3 - eggs
- 1 ounces - grated Parmesan
- 4 tablespoons - cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - a pinch of nutmeg
Directions:
Bake pastry shell.
Cook spinach; drain thoroughly.
Sieve cottage cheese; add spinach, eggs, Parmesan and cream. Mix well; season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.
Spoon into pastry shell, spreading evenly over pastry and bake for 30 minutes.
