Ingredients:
- 1 packages - frozen chopped spinach
- 1/4 cups - chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons - butter
- - a pinch of salt
- 1/2 cups - sour cream
- 1 teaspoons - vinegar
Directions:
Cook spinach with the onion. Drain well.
Melt butter and add to spinach.
Add salt and sour cream and blend. Stir in vinegar. Serve.
