Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds - Top Round Steak
- 1 teaspoons - Freshly Ground Pepper
- 16 ounces - Romaine lettuce coarsely chopped
- 1 - Ripened avocado cubed
- 8 ounces - Cherry or grape tomatoes halved
- 4 ounces - Blue cheese crumbled
- 8 ounces - Vinaigrette salad dressing
Directions:
1. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over steak; sprinkle with pepper. Place in a resealable plastic bag and seal. Chill 2 hours.
2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes on each side or to desired degrees of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Cut steak into 1/2-inch thick slices.
3. Arrange lettuce, avocado and tomatoes on a platter. Arrange steak slices over vegetables. Serve salad topped with cheese and drizzled with vinaigrette.
