Stir Fried Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cups - vegetable oil
  2. 1/3 cups - soy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoons - light molasses
  4. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  5. 2 teaspoons - ground ginger
  6. 2 teaspoons - dry mustard
  7. 5 - chicken breast halves cut into strips
  8. 1 1/2 cups - snow peas
  9. 1/2 cups - bamboo shoots
  10. 4 - green onions sliced
  11. - fresh cooked rice for serving with

Directions:

Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, molasses, minced garlic, ginger, and dry mustard in a medium bowl. Place chicken strips into bowl and marinate.

Remove chicken and pour half of marinade into work. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve with rice.
