Ingredients:

  1. 1 - large onion chopped
  2. 1 - large green pepper chopped
  3. 1 1/2 pounds - round steak cut into bite size pieces
  4. - flour, salt and pepper for dredging
  5. 1 cans - tomato paste
  6. 1 cans - mushrooms
  7. 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  8. - Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, Tabasco optional, to taste
  9. 1 pints - sour cream
  10. - cooked rice for serving

Directions:

Brown the chopped onion and green pepper in oleo in a skillet.

Dredge round steak pieces in mixture of flour, salt and pepper; add to skillet with onion and peppers and brown.

Add tomato paste, mushrooms, and soup; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Season with worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and tabasco (to taste).

Add sour cream just before serving; blend and heat through.
