Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 6 - green peppers
- 2 pounds - extra lean ground beef
- 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - white onion diced
- 1/4 cups - uncooked rice
- 1/4 cups - green onions diced
- 1/4 cups - mozzarella cheese grated
Directions:
Turn stove to medium heat. Brown ground beef in the bottom of the Inspire Surgical Stainless Steel Huge Skillet With Cover And Audible Temperature Control (Item #3244) until cooked. Add cream of mushroom soup, diced onion and uncooked rice. Mix well.
Slice the very tops off the green peppers and remove the seeds -- keep the tops to the side. Using a spoon, fill each green pepper with the mixture. Put 3 cups of water in the bottom of the Skillet; use the Steamer and place the green peppers in a standing position. Put the cover on. Turn to medium. Wait for "whistle", close valve and reduce heat to low. Cook on low for 20 minutes! Serve with a side vegetable.
Before serving, sprinkle the top with green onions, cheese and place the "lid" of the green pepper back on for presentation.
