Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  1. - white wine
  2. - cracked bay leaf
  3. 6 - pork chops
  4. - salt and pepper
  5. 1 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  6. 1 cups - chopped celery
  7. 1 sticks - to 1-1/2 sticks oleo
  8. 1 1/2 cups - Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - sage
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - thyme

Directions:

Stuffing:
Saute chopped onion and celery in oleo. Add stuffing mix (seasoned with sage and thyme) to mixture. Stir thoroughly.

Pork Chops:
Cover bottom of baking dish with white wine. Sprinkle in cracked bay leaf. Arrange pork chops (seasoned with salt and pepper) in single layer. Cover with stuffing and bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
