Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoons - Asafoetida
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoons - Green Chili Paste
- 1/2 cups - Boiled Kala Chana
- 2 teaspoons - Kismis
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
- 2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 1/2 cups - Crispy Chana Dal
- 1/2 cups - Crispy Moong Dal
- - Water As Required
- 1 cups - Potatoes Boiled and Mashed
- - Cornflour As Required
- 2 teaspoons - Ghee
- - Masala Papdi As Required
- - Green Chutney As Required
- - Tomato Slices As Required
- - Curd
- - Tamarind Date Chutney
- - Pomegranate Seeds
- - Sev
- - Coriander
Directions:
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add asafoetida, ginger chili paste and saute.
Add chana, kismis, chaat masala, amchur powder, chili powder, chana dal, moong dal and water as required and cook for a while. Mash the stuffing.
Add stuffing to potato cornflour and make a tikki. Now spread the tikki with cornflour and shallow fry in ghee.
Now on a papdi, add green chutney, tomato slice, papdi. Spread curd on top, date tamarind chutney, pomegranate seeds, sev and coriander and serve.
