Stuffed Tikki Papdi Burger

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Ghee
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Asafoetida
  3. 1 teaspoons - Ginger Paste
  4. 1 teaspoons - Green Chili Paste
  5. 1/2 cups - Boiled Kala Chana
  6. 2 teaspoons - Kismis
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Chaat Masala
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons - Amchur Powder
  9. 2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  10. 1/2 cups - Crispy Chana Dal
  11. 1/2 cups - Crispy Moong Dal
  12. - Water As Required
  13. 1 cups - Potatoes Boiled and Mashed
  14. - Cornflour As Required
  15. 2 teaspoons - Ghee
  16. - Masala Papdi As Required
  17. - Green Chutney As Required
  18. - Tomato Slices As Required
  19. - Curd
  20. - Tamarind Date Chutney
  21. - Pomegranate Seeds
  22. - Sev
  23. - Coriander

Directions:

Heat ghee in a pan.
Add asafoetida, ginger chili paste and saute.
Add chana, kismis, chaat masala, amchur powder, chili powder, chana dal, moong dal and water as required and cook for a while. Mash the stuffing.
Add stuffing to potato cornflour and make a tikki. Now spread the tikki with cornflour and shallow fry in ghee.

Now on a papdi, add green chutney, tomato slice, papdi. Spread curd on top, date tamarind chutney, pomegranate seeds, sev and coriander and serve.
