Stuffing Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  1. - onion and celery diced
  2. - oleo for cooking
  3. 1 packages - Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (with sage and thyme)
  4. - white wine to cover bottom of pan
  5. - crushed bay leaf
  6. - pork chops
  7. - salt and pepper

Directions:

Stuffing: Saute onion and celery in oleo. Add Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (seasoned with sage and thyme) to mixture. Stir thoroughly.

Cover bottom of baking pan with white wine. Sprinkle in crushed bay leaf. Arrange pork chops (after seasoning with salt and pepper) in a single layer.

Cover with stuffing and bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
