Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 tablespoons - Undhiyo Masala
- 2 tablespoons - Sesame Seeds
- 2 tablespoons - Sugar
- 4 tablespoons - Dry Coconut Grated
- 50 grams - Green Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- - Salt To Taste
- 3 tablespoons - Groundnut Oil
- 100 grams - Brinjal
- 1 cups - Groundnut Oil
- 1/2 cups - Water
- 250 grams - Surati Papdi Fried
- 1 pieces - Potato Fried
- 100 grams - Sweet Potato Fried
- 150 grams - Yam Fried
- 5 pieces - Methi Muthia See Notes
- 1 pieces - Raw Banana with Skin
- 1 pieces - Ripe Banana with Skin
- - Green Garlic
- - Coriander
- 1/2 cups - Coriander
- 1/2 cups - Daliya and Groundnuts Powder
- 2 tablespoons - Ginger Garlic Chili Paste
Directions:
For Stuffing
In a bowl, combine coriander, daliya and groundnuts powder, ginger garlic chili paste, coriander cumin powder, undhiyo masala, sesame seeds, sugar, dry coconut, green garlic, turmeric powder, salt and groundnut oil.
Now make a cut on ravaiyas (brinjal) and stuff them with stuffing.
Now take oil in a pan and add brinjals and water. Now close the lid and cook for a while.
Now add papadis, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam, stuffing, muthiya, raw banana with skin and mix together.
Close the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now add ripe bananas with skin and mix slightly and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot. Garnish with green garlic and coriander.
