    VARIATION: Prepare as directed, substituting 1 lb cleaned extra large shrimp (16 to 20 count); reduce the grilling time to 4 to 6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  2. 2 cups - pineapple chunks about 1/2 cored and peeled pineapple
  3. 1 - red pepper cut into chunks
  4. 1 - green pepper cut into chunks
  5. 1/2 cups - Original BBQ Sauce
  6. 3 tablespoons - frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Directions:

MIX barbecue sauce and juice, divide.

MARINATE chicken, pineapple, and peppers in BBQ sauce and juice.

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Using 4 long metal skewers, thread chicken alternately with pineapple and peppers onto skewers to create 4 kabobs. Discard marinade.

BRUSH on kabobs the remaining sauce that was set aside.

GRILL kabobs 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
