Ingredients:
- 2/3 cups - pecans
- 1/3 cups - large flake oats
- 1/3 cups - brown sugar
- 1/4 cups - all-purpose flower
- 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/3 cups - unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 cups - sour cream
- 3 - large eggs
- 1 cups - sweet potato cooked and cooled
- 1 1/2 cups - cream cheese room temp
- 1 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
- 1 cups - brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground cloves
Directions:
Crust--
1) pre-heat oven to 350⁰
2) combine dry ingredients .Blend on crust or variable 1 up to variable 6, blend for 5 seconds
