Toad in the Hole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 slices - Bread
  2. 1 teaspoons - Butter
  3. 1 - Egg
  4. - Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions:

Cut a 3" hole in the middle of the bread and discard.
Heat pan over medium heat & cover the bread in butter.
Place the bread in the skillet & crack the egg into the hole.
Cook for about 2 minutes until bread is slightly browned.
Turn & cook on the other side until egg is cooked.
Season with salt & pepper.
