Tuna and Roasted Onion Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - medium onions unpeeled
  2. 1 cans - 6 oz. chunk tuna in oil
  3. 3/4 cups - olive oil
  4. 1/3 cups - heavy cream
  5. 5 - anchovies
  6. 2 teaspoons - lemon juice
  7. 1 - egg yolks
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - freshly ground pepper
  9. - salt
  10. - cpoked pasta for serving with

Directions:

Roast unpeeled onions in dry baking pan at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Peel and quarter.

Put onions and remaining ingredients in processor and puree.

Serve over cooked pasta.
