Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - medium egg noodles cooked as package directs
  2. 1/2 cups - chopped celery
  3. 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  4. 2 tablespoons - margarine or butter
  5. 1 cans - 10.75 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1 1/2 cups - milk
  7. 1/2 cups - frozen peas thawed
  8. 2 cans - 6 oz. tuna drained and flaked
  9. 1 jars - 2 oz. diced pimiento drained (optional)
  10. 1/2 cups - crushed corn chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chips. Coat 2-quart baking dish with vegetable cooking spray; spoon mixture into dish.

Cover; bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; top with chips and bake 5 minutes longer.
