Ingredients:
- 8 ounces - medium egg noodles cooked as package directs
- 1/2 cups - chopped celery
- 1/2 cups - chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons - margarine or butter
- 1 cans - 10.75 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups - milk
- 1/2 cups - frozen peas thawed
- 2 cans - 6 oz. tuna drained and flaked
- 1 jars - 2 oz. diced pimiento drained (optional)
- 1/2 cups - crushed corn chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chips. Coat 2-quart baking dish with vegetable cooking spray; spoon mixture into dish.
Cover; bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; top with chips and bake 5 minutes longer.
