Turkey Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  1. - Cooking spray
  2. 1 cups - Carrots Sliced 1/4-inch-thick
  3. 3/4 cups - Onion Chopped
  4. 4 cloves - Garlic Minced
  5. 1 cups - Celery Sliced 1/4-inch-thick
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - Ground black pepper
  8. 6 cups - Chicken broth
  9. 2 cups - Uncooked egg noodles
  10. 1 tablespoons - Soy sauce
  11. 1 - Bay leaf
  12. 2 cups - Shredded turkey

Directions:

Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add carrot, onion, and garlic; sauté 5 minutes or until onion is lightly browned. Add celery, salt, and pepper; sauté 3 minutes. Add broth and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Discard bay leaf.
