Tuscan Chicken for 2

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breast halved, 4 oz each
  2. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  4. 1 cloves - garlic sliced
  5. 1 teaspoons - dried rosemary crushed
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - rubbed sage
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - dried thyme
  8. 1 tablespoons - olive oil

Directions:

Flatten chicken to 1/2 in thickness; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over med heat, cook and stir the garlic, rosemary, sage, and thyme in oil for 1 min. Add chicken; cook for 5-7 mins on each side or until chicken juices run clear.
