Ingredients:
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breast halved, 4 oz each
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
- 1 cloves - garlic sliced
- 1 teaspoons - dried rosemary crushed
- 1/4 teaspoons - rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoons - dried thyme
- 1 tablespoons - olive oil
Directions:
Flatten chicken to 1/2 in thickness; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over med heat, cook and stir the garlic, rosemary, sage, and thyme in oil for 1 min. Add chicken; cook for 5-7 mins on each side or until chicken juices run clear.
