Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- 2 tablespoons - Ghee
- 3 teaspoons - Ginger Garlic Chili Paste
- 1 pieces - Onion Chopped
- 1 pieces - Tomato Chopped
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Kashmiri Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Cumin Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Coriander Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
- 1 teaspoons - Powdered Khada Masala Mix
- 1 teaspoons - Kasuri Methi
- 2 tablespoons - White Paste Cashew, poppy seeds and magajtari in same proportion - soaked for 1 hour and crushed
- - Water As Required
- 1 tablespoons - Butter
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 1/4 cups - Color Capsicum Chopped
- 1/2 cups - Mixed Vegetables Boiled - Carrot, Green Peas and Sweet Corn
- 1 tablespoons - Cashews
- 1/4 cups - Paneer Cubes
- - Water As Required
- 1 tablespoons - Cream
- 2 tablespoons - Coriander
- 1/2 cubes - Cheese Grated
- 1 cups - Besan
- 2 tablespoons - Maida
- 2 tablespoons - Wheat Flour
- - Salt To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons - Kalonji
- 1/2 teaspoons - Carom Seeds
- 1 teaspoons - Green Chili Paste
- 1 teaspoons - Ghee
- 1 teaspoons - Oil
- 2 tablespoons - Onion Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 cups - Fenugreek Leaves
- - Water As Required
- - Maida For Rolling
- - Oil To Roast
Directions:
For Veg Makkhanwala
For Gravy
Heat oil and ghee in a pan. Add ginger garlic chili paste and onion and saute til onion are brown.
Now mix tomato and cook.
Now add salt, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander cumin powder, kitchen king masala and khada masala powder and mix together.
Now add kasuri methi, white paste and water and cook awhile.
For Sabzi
Heat butter and oil in a pan and add capsicum and saute.
Now add mixed vegetables and cashew and saute.
Now add paneer and gravy and water and mix together.
Now add cream, coriander and cheese and mix together.
Now again add water and cook.
For Methi Missi Roti
Combine ingredients and form a dough. (Paratha Dough)
Roast with Ghee.
