Venison Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

  1. 2 - egg
  2. 8 ounces - tomato sauce
  3. 1 - med onion finely chopped
  4. 1 cups - dry bread crumbs
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - pepper
  7. 1 1/2 pounds - ground venison
  8. 2 tablespoons - brown sugar
  9. 2 tablespoons - spicy brown mustard
  10. 2 tablespoons - white vinegar

Directions:

In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs; add tomato sauce, onion, crumbs, salt, and pepper. Crumble ground venison over mixture and mix well. Press into an ungreased 9x5 in loaf pan. Combine the brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; pour over meat loaf. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 70 mins or until a meat thermometer reads 160.
