Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons - Olive Oil
- 3 cloves - Garlic, minced
- 2 - Green Onions, chopped Mostly the white onion
- 2/3 cups - Vodka
- 1 - 28 Oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoons - Salt and Pepper
- 1 teaspoons - Onion Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Garlic Powder
- 1 cups - Heavy Cream
- 6 - Basil Leaves, chopped
- - Grated Parmesan
Directions:
Add oil, onion and garlic in a skillet and cook on medium heat until onions are soft. Add vodka and simmer on medium-low heat for a few minutes so that the alcohol can cook out. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic powder and simmer for another 5-10 min. Stir in cream. Taste sauce and add more salt and pepper, if needed. Turn off heat. Serve over cooked pasta and garnish with basil and cheese.
