Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - Reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoons - Lemon juice (juice of 1-2 lemons)
- 2 packages - Artificial sweetener
- 1 - Large eating apple Cored, unpeeled and diced
- 1/2 cups - Celery Diced
- 1/2 cups - Seedless, golden raisins
- 1/4 cups - Chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Wash your hands with soap and hot water.
2. Assemble these supplies: measuring spoons, dry measuring cups, mixing spoon, mixing bowl, a spoon and juicer.
3. Juice 1 to 2 lemons.
4. In the bottom of the mixing bowl, blend together the mayonnaise substitute, lemon juice and artificial sweetener.
5. Wash, core and chop the apple. To prevent browning, coat it immediately with the dressing in the bowl.
6. Add the remaining ingredients and toss them.
7. Serve the salad in a lettuce-lined dish or bowl or on lettuce leaves on salad plates.
