Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - Flour
  2. 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  5. 1 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  6. 3/4 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  7. 1 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  8. 3 - Eggs
  9. 1 cups - Oil
  10. 1 teaspoons - V anilla
  11. 2 cups - Zucchini shredded
  12. 1 cups - nuts (optional) chopped

Directions:

Beat together eggs & oil. Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour egg mixture over & stir until moist.
Turn into two greased 9" x 5" x3" loaf pans.
Bake 325- 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. (Time will depend on your oven.)
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert pans on wire rack, turn top side up & cool.
